Bright and lovely blooms on a perennial plant! Long stems make Robinson's Blend an excellent cut flower. Combine with columbine and delphinium for a beautiful spring show. Also known as Persian daisy, flowers attract pollinators. Some people may experience an allergic contact dermatitis.

Botanical Name: Tanacetum coccineum

Family: Asteraceae

Native: Causasus and West Asia

Hardiness: Perennial in USDA zones 3–7. Plants may be short-lived, particularly in areas warmer than USDA zone 7 (and are sometimes treated as annuals in these zones).

Plant Dimensions: 24"–36" tall

Variety Information: Single and double, 3", daisy-shaped, pink, red, and white flowers with yellow centers

Exposure: Full sun to part shade

Bloom Period: Spring to early summer

Attributes: Attracts Pollinators, Cut Flower, Deer Resistant

When to Sow Outside: 1 to 2 weeks before your average last frost date, or late summer/early fall at least 8 weeks before your average first fall frost date.

When to Start Inside: RECOMMENDED. 6 to 8 weeks before your average last frost date. Ideal soil temperature for germination is 70°–80°F.

Days to Emerge: 7–14 days

Seed Depth: Press into surface

Seed Spacing: A group of 3 seeds every 12"–18"

Thinning: When 2" tall, thin to 1 every 12"–18"
