Lemon Essential Oil is also known by the nickname “Liquid Sunshine”.

It one of the essential oils with the most powerful anti-microbial activity. Both the lemon fruit and the lemon essential oil have been used in Ayurvedic medicines for thousands of years to treat a vast range of health issues.

In particular Lemon essential oil is known to be invigorating, cleansing, and purifying, it can boost energy and metabolism, enhance moods, and disinfect skin and surfaces. 

Aromatherapy: use in a diffuser or air purifier. When diffused in your home it will help to reduce feelings of anxiety, stress, and promote a calm and relaxed environment for improved sleep.

Topically:  Apply topically, after diluting with a carrier oil, to help to soothe skin, and improve appearance of blemishes. It is also great for hair, in massage oils, to scent your laundry when added to dryer balls, and to enhance the anti-bacterial properties of your DIY cleaning products. 


To use in the dryer with wool dryer balls: add a few drops to one eco dryer ball  before tossing them in your dryer. Repeat as needed.

To scent your dry laundry: add a few drops to your Friendsheep eco fresheners before putting them in your drawers and closet.
