These charming cosmos with fluted, seashell-shaped petals will be a beautiful addition to your flower patch! In shades of white, pink, rose, and crimson, they make an excellent cut flower. Easy to care for; once established they are drought tolerant. They prefer neglect over attention, making them a perfect choice for wildflower or naturalized areas.

Bloom Period: Summer to frost

Plant Dimensions: 3'-5' tall, 18"-36" wide

Variety Info: 3"–4" solid colored (and a few bi-colored) blossoms of white, pink, rose, and crimson, with rolled, quilled petals surrounding yellow centers

Attributes: Attracts Hummingbirds, Attracts Pollinators, Cut Flower, Drought Tolerant, Deer Resistant

When to Sow Outside: RECOMMENDED. 1 to 2 weeks after your average last frost date, and when soil temperature is at least 60°F.

When to Start Inside: 4 to 6 weeks before your average last frost date.

Days to Emerge: 5–10 days

Seed Depth: Barely cover

Seed Spacing: A group of 3 seeds every 12"

Thinning: When 1" – 2" tall, thin to 1 every 12"

Harvesting: For longest vase life, harvest in the morning and cut stems just as flower buds begin to open.
