The deep, rich color of 'Beaujolais' is sensational paired with pastel sweet peas. Spencer-type sweet peas have large flowers and sturdy, long stems which makes them ideal for bouquets and table-top arrangements. They also bloom over a longer period, sometimes into fall, where summers are mild. Caution: Parts of this plant are toxic if ingested.
